Paris, September 25th, 2019 – Gazeley, a GLP company and leading investor and developer of logistics warehouses and distribution parks, today announces the delivery of a 25,000 SQ M building in Arras, North of Pas de Calais (62). The building is available to rent immediately.

The development is Gazeley’s second in Magna Park Arras, with plans for a third 50,600 SQ M warehouse underway. The building has the option to be divided into 12,000 SQ M sections and is available for either sole or double occupancy. It has a height of 12 meters and 26 docking doors.

The warehouse is located in the Actiparc Business Park in Arras which is home to over 30 companies, primarily from the transport and logistics sectors. It is well situated close to the A1 and A26 motorways, with direct access to both the North of France and Benelux. In total, the business park has created over 1,500 jobs for the local community.

The area continues to see significant demand for high quality logistics and distribution space and our extensive development looks to capture this growth.
