11 June 2019 – Gazeley, a leading investor and developer of logistics warehouses and distribution parks, announced today that it has completed construction of a 28,800 SQ M warehouse at Stuttgart South 1 in Germany. The warehouse has been leased to Elflein Logistics Europe GmbH, a new customer for Gazeley that provides third party logistics specialising in services for leading automobile manufacturers.

Construction on the site begun in September 2018 and was handed over to Elflein Logistics Europe at the end of May. The warehouse has a clear height of 10M, as well as 450 SQ M of office space.

Stuttgart South 1 is situated in the heart of Baden-Wuerttemberg and the Stuttgart metropolitan area. Baden-Wuerttemberg is a leading federal state and is one of the most important economic hubs in Europe.
