G-Park Guadalajara is strategically located in the consolidated Henares industrial park north of Madrid. It benefits from direct access to the A2 and R2 highways that lead to both Madrid and Barcelona, providing excellent transport links for the distribution centre. Its proximity to the city of Guadalajara also provides the site with easy access to a strong pool of labour.

The warehouse has two sections of 23,500 SQ M each and a clear height of 11.70 with optimised columns to increase storage capacity. The offices are completely fitted out so that Gazeley customers can begin to operate immediately after occupation.

The building has a BREEAM “Very Good” certificate and includes a number of sustainability features such as a high thermal insulation shell, electric car chargers, LED lighting fixtures and sensors, natural light in the offices and bike parking.

Oscar Heras, Managing Director, Spain said: “We are continuing to grow our presence in Spain following our re-entry to the market in 2018 and have made significant progress in expanding our portfolio to meet the growing needs of logistics customers in the region. We have recently announced our fifth investment in Spain and have a number of additional developments in the pipeline for 2020.

“This development includes market-leading sustainability features which continues to be a priority for Gazeley across Europe, and its proximity to key transport routes makes it well-positioned for logistics and distribution occupiers.”
