    Nick Cook
    President, GLP – Europe

    NICK COOK
    President, GLP Europe
    Nick Cook is President of GLP Europe (previously Gazeley) and leads the Company’s business in Europe.

    He joined GLP in 2017 when the Company acquired Gazeley and was previously COO of Gazeley where he oversaw all capital deployment, disposition and operational aspects of the business in Europe. Nick joined Gazeley in 2002 and held several key positions including establishing Gazeley’s profitable UAE business unit and looking after Gazeley’s business in China, while maintaining a detailed involvement in all aspects of the European business.

    Nick is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and has 20 years’ experience in the real estate development and investment market. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in General Practice Surveying & Commercial Property Development from Nottingham Trent University and has completed training in several professional courses including a Management & Leadership program at Harvard Business School. Nick is based in London.

    Shane Kelly
    Chief Financial Officer - Europe

    Shane is responsible for Reporting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A and Business Technology. Prior to joining GLP Europe (previously Gazeley) in March 2014, Shane worked in various finance roles for three FTSE 100 companies. He joined Multiplex in 2004 as the Financial Controller for its UK Construction business, which was acquired by Brookfield in 2007. Since then he held various group reporting roles mainly overseeing Brookfield’s European real estate and infrastructure businesses. He worked on Brookfield’s acquisition of Gazeley and subsequently joined the business. Shane qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in 1994 and is an associate member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.

    Daan van den Hoven
    Head Of Fund Management & Capital Deployment – Europe

    Daan Van den Hoven is Head of Fund Management for GLP Europe. Before joining GLP, Daan worked over 10 years at Prologis having various Pan-European responsibilities. Until recently, Daan had been acting as Vice President of Transactions and he has executed over €1 billion in transactions across Europe. Prior to that, Daan served as Director of Capital Deployment and as a Portfolio Manager for the Prologis European Properties Fund II where he was responsible for formulating and implementing the short and long-term fund management strategy, investor reporting and investor relations. Daan also worked as an asset manager for Northern Europe and has implemented asset-level strategies for approximately €1.2 billion of real estate.

    Daan holds an MSc in Real Estate Management & Development from the Eindhoven University of Technology.

    Rachel Walker
    General Counsel - Europe

    Rachel set up Gazeley’s in house legal function when she joined in 2014 and leads Gazeley’s legal strategy in Europe. She supports our teams on all of our transactions and coordinates our dedicated team of external counsel. She is also responsible for our governance, risk management and compliance programmes including conducting appropriate training.

    Prior to joining Gazeley, Rachel spent 10 years in the commercial real estate department of Herbert Smith Freehills LLP where she gained a broad experience of major corporate real estate acquisitions and disposals, corporate occupier lettings, acquisition finance and development projects.

    Rachel has an MA in Jurisprudence from Oxford University. She has a solid understanding of cross border legal distinctions and has contributed to publications of the International Comparative Legal Guide to Real Estate and other legal journals.

    Ingo Steves
    Managing Director, North Europe

    Ingo joined GLP Europe (previously Gazeley) in 2007 and is responsible for overseeing capital deployments, dispositions and all operational aspects in Northern Europe. Following Brookfield’s acquisition of GLP from Dubai World in 2013, he was appointed Head of Operations for Europe and China, playing an instrumental role in establishing GLP’s core operations and asset management capability. Ingo has developed and acquired more than 1 million square metres of logistics assets for customers such as Amazon, Adidas, VW, Bosch, UPS and Mercedes.

    Prior to joining GLP Europe (previously Gazeley), he worked as a real estate banker at WestLB-Group, for the investment vehicles of Warburg and Deutsche Bank and as a Market Officer for Germany at US REIT Prologis. He holds a MBA degree from the University of Cologne and is a course lecturer in industrial real estate at EBS, Oestrich-Winkel, one of the world’s leading universities covering real estate.

    Fabrice Cervoni
    Managing Director, South Europe

    Fabrice joined Gazeley 2014 and oversees all the business of Gazeley in Southern Europe including Acquisitions, Development and Asset Management

    Fabrice has almost 20 years of experience in real estate and under his leadership, Gazeley has become a key player on the French market.

    Previously he was Director of Capital Transactions Continental Europe at Goodman, responsible for acquisitions and sales in key European markets. He also worked for major institutional investors such as AXA and Gecina. During his career, Fabrice has achieved over €1bn of investments, especially in the logistics sector.

    Fabrice is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and has a degree in law. He has also completed a postgraduate course in management at HEC Paris business school.

    Haidée Klein
    Head of HR - Europe

    Haidee has worked for Gazeley for 13 years and played a key role in supporting the transition and restructuring of resource during the sale of the Gazeley Group in 2008 & 2013. Haidee is responsible for the HR strategy and operations across 4 different employment entities in the UK, France, Spain and Germany.

    Working closely with internal stakeholders, Haidee is responsible for driving the creation of an environment that embeds the company’s Vision, Mission and Values, enabling strong performance from our colleagues that exceeds Gazeley’s high standards and makes Gazeley a great place to work.

    Haidee is a member of the Charter Institute of Professional Development and contributes to their ongoing research on the world of HR & people development.

    Natali Cooper
    Head of Portfolio & Asset Management - Europe & MD CEE

    Natali Cooper zastává pozici ředitelky pro portfolio a správu aktiv pro Evropu a výkonné ředitelky pro region SVE. Odpovídá za strategii portfolia včetně provádění programů odprodejů. Řídí implementaci strategií správy aktiv a špičkových postupů v celém evropském portfoliu. Dále přímo dohlíží na obchodní aktivity GLP v regionu SVE včetně akvizicí, rozvoje a každodenních operací. V rámci vyššího managementu se zabývá i alokací kapitálu a rozvojem iniciativ v oblasti ochrany životního prostředí, sociálních záležitostí a řízení společnosti.

    Natali disponuje 20 letou zkušeností z realitního sektoru napříč všemi třídami aktiv (logistické, maloobchodní administrativní a rezidenční nemovitosti). V Evropě provedla ve všech sektorech akvizice v celkové hodnotě přes 3 mld. eur a stála za úspěšnými iniciativami v oblasti správy aktiv včetně významných projektů redevelopmentu v zájmu optimalizace výnosů pro investory. Její odbornost pokrývá problematiku investic, závazků a zajišťovacích strategií, získávání kapitálu, řízení fondu od jeho vzniku až po likvidaci, strategických rozhodnutí a interakcí s globálními institucionálními investory.

    Dříve působila jako výkonná ředitelka CBRE Global Investors, kde měla na starost investiční strategii a výkonnost portfolia vlajkového fondu Pan-European Core (PEC) s investicemi v 11 zemích. Předtím zastávala funkci ředitelky fondů ve společnosti Aviva Investors. Nesla přímou odpovědnost za dva realitní fondy, které v regionu SVE investovaly do maloobchodních a logistických projektů, resp. do průmyslových staveb.

    Před příchodem do Aviva Investors odpovídala ve společnosti Klepierre za správu aktiv a investice v regionu SVE.

    Natali má bakalářský diplom z pařížského Institutu pro východní jazyky a civilizace a absolvovala programy řízení na ESADE ve Španělsku a na Harvard Business School. Plynně hovoří pěti jazyky.
