Vincent Gourlin, Development Director, Gazeley said: “This latest development builds on Gazeley’s growing portfolio in France, where we currently operate over 600,000 SQ M of logistics space and own land to develop a further 400,000 SQ M of space. The area continues to see significant demand for high quality logistics and distribution space and our extensive development looks to capture this growth. We have already received significant interest in this warehouse and expect that we will be able to secure a customer in due course.”
