PERE Proptech 20 ranking

GLP’s Hidden Hill Capital has been ranked by PERE as the second largest proptech manager globally. At $1.2 billion, the firm's flagship RMB-denominated fund is the world's largest ever proptech fund and has received investments from institutional investors including China Post Capital. Hidden Hill has plans to raise US dollar funds.
