GLP buildings are sources of renewable energy generated by rooftop photovoltaic panels. Globally, we have 655 megawatts (MW) of solar panels that cover over 4.4 million square meters (over 47 million square feet) reducing our carbon impact. The clean energy produced is sold back to utility companies or our tenants, reducing the strain on local electricity grids. It is one way we support our customers and their sustainability goals.

Previous Case study GLP ASP Technology GLP Asset Service Platform (ASP) is a customer-oriented asset management platform driven by technology and services. Working with both GLP-owned and third-party assets, GLP ASP seeks to deploy operations excellence and advanced technologies to provide full life cycle asset management services, including automation solutions and other value added services with the aim of increasing asset digitization and efficiency. GLP ASP currently manages over 500 logistics and industrial parks, serving over 3,000 business clients, creating value throughout different stages of the asset life-cycle.
