GLP sets new standards with state-of-the-art multi-tenant warehouse in Dongguan, China
GLP Pte Ltd (“GLP”) has completed the extensive redevelopment of GLP Park Dongguan Xinsha, converting an old, single-storey food processing facility into a modern multi-storey ramp-up logistics complex spanning 270,000 SQM. Six customers have taken occupancy at GLP Park Dongguan Xinsha, including a leading e-commerce express delivery company and other leading brand names in fashion retail and cold chain. The park is currently 92% leased.
GLP’s new global data center business breaks ground on its first campus in Tokyo, Japan
GLP Pte Ltd. (“GLP”) a leading global developer, owner and operator of logistics real estate, data centers and renewable energy is pleased to announce that it has broken ground on Tokyo West 1 (“TKW1”), its first three-building data center ("DC") campus totaling 31 MW IT load in West Tokyo, Japan. Building 1 represents the first phase of the three-building campus and is expected to be ready for service by February 2025.
GLP delivers mega-industrial park in Tokyo, second in ALFALINK series
GLP Pte Ltd. (“GLP”) is pleased to announce the successful completion of GLP ALFALINK Nagareyama, the largest multi-site logistics project to be delivered in Japan. The $1.3 billion project consists of eight multi-storey buildings across adjacent sites covering a total gross floor area of 931,200 sqm, the combined size of 130 football fields. At completion, the mega scale campus was 97.1% leased to over 60 prominent companies and will accommodate a total workforce of over 6,000 when all buildings are operational, including Sagawa Express Co., Ltd., and Seino Transportation Co., Ltd.
