GLP I-Park Xi’an is one of the top high-tech R&D parks in Northwestern China. With a total area of 550,000 sqm, the park provides high-standard working space with “campus as a service” concept and sustainable energy solutions. The park is home to over 60 Chinese and multi-national industry leading companies, such as Schneider Electric, ACTIVE Network, Abeam Consulting, Ping An, and HSBC, with a total of 25,000 employees working there.
Located in the center of Beijing Shunyi district which is designated as an airport economic zone and modern manufacturing base, GLP I-Park Beijing has a total gross floor area of 200,000 sqm. It is an ideal location for corporate headquarters or R&D centers for MNCs in the automotive, aviation R&D, new energy, finance and culture industries.
