Ross Parkin
Managing Director, Investments, US, West Region
Ross Parkin is a Managing Director at GLP Capital Partners (“GCP”), primarily focused on investment opportunities in the Western Region of the US. Most recently, Ross led investments and dispositions at GLP US, where he facilitating transactions totaling more than $1B.
Prior to joining GLP US, Ross served as Head of Acquisitions for Evergreen Industrial Properties, a TPG portfolio company that sold to Ivanhoe Cambridge. Previously, Ross was a VP of Investments for PS Business Parks, responsible for investment and capital markets initiatives in the US During his career, Ross has executed over $6B in transactions across multiple product types.
Ross graduated from the Neely School of Business at Texas Christian University and is based in Santa Monica, CA.
