GLP Leases 22,000 sqm (237,000 sq ft) to Two Industry-Leading Manufacturers in China

GLP has signed lease agreements totalling 22,000 sqm (237,000 sq ft) to two industry-leading manufacturers in China.

  • 11,000 sqm (118,000 sq ft) lease at GLP Park CDHT, Chengdu, Midwestern China
  • 11,000 sqm (118,000 sq ft) pre-lease at GLP Park Suzhou Industrial (Genway), Suzhou, Eastern China

 

Singapore, 9 September 2013 – Global Logistic Properties Limited (“GLP”), the largest provider of modern logistics facilities in China, Japan and Brazil, has signed lease agreements totalling 22,000 square meters (“sqm”) (237,000 square feet (“sq ft”)) to two industry-leading manufacturers in China.

The following details the new lease agreements:

  • Tontec, a leading manufacturer of high-precision molds, has leased 11,000 sqm (118,400 sq ft) at GLP Park CDHT in Chengdu, Midwestern China. Situated in the Chengdu Development High-Tech Zone, GLP Park CDHT provides high-quality logistics facilities in a location that has convenient access to several expressways and downtown Chengdu.
  • API Group, a global leader in heat transfer solutions, has pre-leased 11,000 sqm (118,400 sq ft) at GLP Park Suzhou Industrial (Genway), Eastern China. Located at the center of Suzhou Industrial Park, GLP Park Suzhou Industrial (Genway) is connected to the main consumption centers of Shanghai and Suzhou through a convenient and highly efficient transportation network. API has been a customer of GLP since 2004.
