GLP tops ranking of Asia Pacific managers by ANREV

GLP has been named the top-ranked real estate manager in APAC with US$80.5 billion in APAC assets under management according to the latest fund manager survey compiled by ANREV, INREV and NCREIF.
Globally, GLP came in 10th with total real estate AUM in excess of US$106.3 billion. Blackstone topped the overall list with $475.6 billion in global real estate AUM.
The total AUM of the top 10 managers exceeded US$1.9 trillion, a 28% increase on the US$1.5 trillion equivalent at the end of 2020.
