GLP Asset Service Platform (ASP) is a customer-oriented asset management platform driven by technology and services. Working with both GLP-owned and third-party assets, GLP ASP seeks to deploy operations excellence and advanced technologies to provide full life cycle asset management services, including automation solutions and other value added services with the aim of increasing asset digitization and efficiency. GLP ASP currently manages over 500 logistics and industrial parks, serving over 3,000 business clients, creating value throughout different stages of the asset life-cycle.

Previous Case study Japan Data centers GLP currently owns land and assets with approximately 600 MW worth of data center capacity in Japan and is looking to increase that to 900 MW within the next five years, which would make GLP one of the leading data center operators in the country. GLP expects to break ground on its first Japan data center campus in Greater Tokyo in 2023, with the first building expected to be ready for service from 2024.
