GLP and NIKE, Inc. sign agreement to lease for a new state-of-the-art logistics campus at Magna Park Corby

GLP today announced that Nike has signed a 20-year lease agreement for its new state-of-the-art UK Logistics Campus and national supply chain hub at Magna Park Corby. Spanning more than 1.3 million square feet of logistics warehousing, offices, sport and recreation facilities in a single building, the campus will target a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating and achieve Net Zero Carbon in Construction.

GLP sets new standards with state-of-the-art multi-tenant warehouse in Dongguan, China

GLP Pte Ltd (“GLP”) has completed the extensive redevelopment of GLP Park Dongguan Xinsha, converting an old, single-storey food processing facility into a modern multi-storey ramp-up logistics complex spanning 270,000 SQM. Six customers have taken occupancy at GLP Park Dongguan Xinsha, including a leading e-commerce express delivery company and other leading brand names in fashion retail and cold chain. The park is currently 92% leased.
