GLP sets new standards with state-of-the-art multi-tenant warehouse in Dongguan, China

GLP Pte Ltd (“GLP”) has completed the extensive redevelopment of GLP Park Dongguan Xinsha, converting an old, single-storey food processing facility into a modern multi-storey ramp-up logistics complex spanning 270,000 SQM. The park is currently 92% leased.
