GLP Europe signs Power Purchase Agreement in Spain, creating new onsite solar project
The agreement is with Romar Global Care, a leading perfumery, drugstore and cosmetics business. The project involves the development, installation and maintenance of a solar rooftop array with 6,904 photovoltaic (“PV”) panels and 21 inverters, providing ~3.8 MWp total installed capacity.
GLP has signed a 15-year PPA for its rooftop solar PV plant located at its logistics park in Oss, the Netherlands. Under this tri-partite PPA, Xidoor, a Dutch door manufacturer, will purchase the entire production of solar energy from Oss for a period of 15 years at a fixed price, through the intermediary Scholt Energy.

GLP sets new standards with state-of-the-art multi-tenant warehouse in Dongguan, China
GLP Pte Ltd (“GLP”) has completed the extensive redevelopment of GLP Park Dongguan Xinsha, converting an old, single-storey food processing facility into a modern multi-storey ramp-up logistics complex spanning 270,000 SQM. Six customers have taken occupancy at GLP Park Dongguan Xinsha, including a leading e-commerce express delivery company and other leading brand names in fashion retail and cold chain. The park is currently 92% leased.
