GLP has signed a 15-year PPA for its rooftop solar PV plant located at its logistics park in Oss, the Netherlands. Under this tri-partite PPA, Xidoor, a Dutch door manufacturer, will purchase the entire production of solar energy from Oss for a period of 15 years at a fixed price, through the intermediary Scholt Energy.

GRS launches first European 3D sortation installation in Stradella
Global Robotics Services (GRS), the robotics company backed by GLP, has been selected as a robotics partner by GXO Logistics, Inc., the world’s largest pure-play contract logistics provider and a key customer of GLP. As part of the first phase, GRS has installed 17 sorting robotics coupled with 15 3D robotic arms at a GXO facility in Stradella, located in northern Italy.
GLP completes work on G-Park Zevenaar, one of Europe’s largest renewable energy installations
G-Park Zevenaar is a 133,000 SQM logistics complex, and represents a major development in renewable energy by GLP Europe. G-Park Zevenaar is a significant solar PV project for the Netherlands. The logistics complex will house a vast roof-mounted solar PV system with a total installed capacity of 16.2MW. It covers an area the size of 21 football pitches and will save 4,629 tonnes of CO2 in the first year and an anticipated 78,227 tonnes of CO2 across a 25-year period.
